Rosa stepped onto the track, Tiffany on board. Easy, Tiffany said, as the filly tugged on the bit. She'd never stepped on dirt before, so this was her chance to see how Rosa would gallop. It was time for the gates. Tiffany squeezed her towards them, but she reared and jumped to the side.
Woah, steady girl, Tiffany patted her neck. She tried again, and the filly walked in. She was panicking, a bit, but calmed down. As the bell rang, the filly leaped out the gates, doing four furlongs.
Tiffany steadied her. She went through the first two furlongs, two to go. Tiffany tapped her shoulder with the crop three times, as she sped up. Tiffany pushed her, galloping quicker and quicker, before she crossed the line.
